CoverCrow provides an online platform that connects court reporters and other legal service providers with individuals and agencies that want to hire a court reporter or other legal service provider (“Consumer Clients,” Agencies”)

To ensure quality of service, there is certain information we may require, such as your name, surname, username, email address, mailing address, phone number, photo (should you choose to provide it), and other PII when you sign up for the Services. The Services facilitate communication between Legal Service Providers and Consumer Clients (Agencies and Attorneys). In connection with facilitating these communications, we may receive call or SMS message data, including the date and time of the call or SMS message, the parties’ phone numbers, and the content of the SMS message. We use this information solely for the purpose of facilitating such communications.Generally, your providing of your personal information is voluntary. However, there may be situations where your providing of personal information is necessary to provide a service or is required by law. Please note that in certain cases, we may be unable to provide you with our services unless you provide the information.
